Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a global score of 98.9, which is much better than the OSCAL Tiger 13's score of 73.4. These devices use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version and OSCAL Tiger 13 has Android 14. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a a little bit thinner but just a little heavier cellphone than OSCAL Tiger 13.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a much more vibrant display than OSCAL Tiger 13, because it has a little bit larger display, a much greater screen pixels density and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit superior CPU than OSCAL Tiger 13, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has 4 GB more RAM.
