The Galaxy Note 4 has an overall score of 81.6, which is much better than OSCAL Tiger 13's 73.4 score. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but Galaxy Note 4 has older 5.0 version and OSCAL Tiger 13 has Android 14 version. The Galaxy Note 4 body is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than OSCAL Tiger 13.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a bit more powerful processing unit than OSCAL Tiger 13, because although it has lesser RAM and an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a graphics co-processor.
