The Galaxy Note4 is just a bit better than OSCAL Tiger 13, getting a general score of 77.6 against 73.4. Galaxy Note4 is a a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter cellphone than the OSCAL Tiger 13. The Galaxy Note4 features a more vivid screen than OSCAL Tiger 13, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and way more pixels per inch in the screen.
