The Galaxy S25 Ultra is way better than OSCAL Tiger 13, having a 90.7 score against 73.4. Both of these phones work with the same Android 14 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding OS features. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is a way lighter and thinner phone than the OSCAL Tiger 13. OSCAL Tiger 13 counts with a much better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a way better display than OSCAL Tiger 13, because it has a bit larger display, a much higher 1440 x 3088 resolution and a much greater pixel quantity per inch in the display. Galaxy S25 Ultra takes way better pictures and videos than OSCAL Tiger 13, because it has a lot higher 200 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
