The Galaxy S4 has a general score of 79, which is just a bit better than OSCAL Tiger 13's global score of 73.4. Galaxy S4 is a a bit thinner and lighter cellphone than OSCAL Tiger 13. The Galaxy S4 counts with a way better looking display than OSCAL Tiger 13, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher display pixel density and a higher resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
OSCAL Tiger 13 counts with a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S4, because it has 192 GB more internal storage and a SD extension slot that holds up to 2 TB. The OSCAL Tiger 13 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and more CPU cores.
OSCAL Tiger 13 counts with a really longer battery performance than Galaxy S4, because it has a 92% bigger battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S4 features a little bit better camera than OSCAL Tiger 13, although it has a back-facing camera with way less MP.
