Samsung Galaxy S8 is better than the OSCAL Tiger 13, with a general score of 81.7 against 73.4. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is a noticeably lighter and just a little bit thinner cellphone than the OSCAL Tiger 13. The OSCAL Tiger 13 and the Galaxy S8 feature quite similar CPUs, and although the Galaxy S8 has 4 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
