Xperia 1 V is much better than OSCAL Tiger 13, getting an 82.7 score against 73.4. Xperia 1 V's construction is just a little bit lighter and a bit thinner than the OSCAL Tiger 13. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 V has 13 version while OSCAL Tiger 13 has Android 14.
