Both devices in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Black Shark has newer 9.0 Pie version while OSCAL Tiger 13 has Android 14 version, so it counts with some additional features.
Xiaomi Black Shark features a bit better processing power than OSCAL Tiger 13. They have 8 GB of RAM memory and 8 CPU cores. The Xiaomi Black Shark counts with a better looking display than OSCAL Tiger 13, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a lot greater pixel quantity per display inch.
The OSCAL Tiger 13 has a very superior storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 2 TB and 128 GB more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Black Shark shoots much better photographs and videos than OSCAL Tiger 13, although it has a back-facing camera with a lot lower 12 mega pixels resolution.
OSCAL Tiger 13 features longer battery duration than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
