Both phones in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has newer 9.0 Pie version while OSCAL Tiger 13 has Android 14.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a bit more powerful processing unit than OSCAL Tiger 13. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and 8 GB of RAM. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro counts with a brighter screen than OSCAL Tiger 13, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1080 x 2340px resolution and a lot greater display pixel density.
The OSCAL Tiger 13 features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 2 TB and more internal memory capacity.
