The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with a little bit better performance than OSCAL Tiger 13. Both of them have 8 CPU cores and a 8 GB RAM memory. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with a way better screen than OSCAL Tiger 13, and although they both have a same size display, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a higher display density.
The OSCAL Tiger 13 has a lot bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 2 TB and 128 GB more internal memory capacity.
