Samsung Access has a general score of 38.4, which is way better than the Panasonic VS3's 28.7 score. The Samsung Access is a a lot newer cellphone, and it's also a little lighter and a lot thinner than the Panasonic VS3. Samsung Access and Panasonic VS3 count with very similar processors, both have a 0-Core CPU.
The Samsung Access has a much sharper screen than Panasonic VS3. Both of them have an equal resolution of 240 x 320. Samsung Access features a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Panasonic VS3. The Samsung Access features a really longer battery lifetime than Panasonic VS3.
