Comparison review
Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a general score of 78.7, which is better than the Razer Phone 2's 70.1 general score. Even though Huawei Mate 9 Pro is older than Razer Phone 2, it's construction is just a little bit thinner and a lot lighter. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has the older 8.0 Oreo version and Razer Phone 2 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Razer Phone 2 features a bit faster CPU than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Razer Phone 2 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Huawei Mate 9 Pro and Razer Phone 2 count with similar displays, because although the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1440 x 2560px, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display.
Razer Phone 2 counts with a superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds up to 1000 GB. Huawei Mate 9 Pro's battery life is just as good as the battery performance in Razer Phone 2.
Razer Phone 2 shoots clearer photos and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera and the same (4K) video definition, the Razer Phone 2 also has faster video frame rate, a larger aperture to take better low light captures and videos and a larger back camera sensor.
Even being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Huawei Mate 9 Pro is also cheaper than the Razer Phone 2.
