Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 10 has a general score of 78.9, which is a little bit better than the realme 8 5G's 72 score. Both devices in this review use Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 10 has an older 10 version and realme 8 5G has Android 11. Even though the Huawei Mate 10 is notably older and just a little bit heavier than the realme 8 5G, it's design is still just a little bit thinner.
The Huawei Mate 10 counts with a little better processing power than realme 8 5G. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount. Huawei Mate 10 features just a bit better display than realme 8 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite more brightness, a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a just a bit greater screen density.
Realme 8 5G features a much better storage for games and applications than Huawei Mate 10, because it has more internal storage and a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB. The realme 8 5G counts with greater battery duration than Huawei Mate 10, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Realme 8 5G captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the realme 8 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with much more mega pixels.
