Comparison review
Galaxy M20 has a global score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than the realme 8 5G's 72 overall score. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M20 has an older 10 version and realme 8 5G has Android 11. Even though Galaxy M20 is a better phone than realme 8 5G, it must be told that it is also notably older, just a little heavier and just a little thicker.
The realme 8 5G counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy M20. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. The realme 8 5G has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a little lower pixel density, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a bit bigger display.
The realme 8 5G has a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy M20, because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy M20's battery performance is very similar to the battery performance in realme 8 5G. Realme 8 5G shoots much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the realme 8 5G also has a bigger aperture and a camera with a way higher resolution.
