Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 is much better than realme 8 5G, having a global score of 87.4 against 72. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 has 5.0 version and realme 8 5G has Android 11. The Galaxy S6 construction is thinner and notably lighter than realme 8 5G, even though it was released many years before.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a much better screen than realme 8 5G, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a higher screen density. The realme 8 5G has a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S6, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the realme 8 5G also has an external SD slot that supports up to 1 TB.
Galaxy S6 features just a little better hardware performance than realme 8 5G, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with an extra GPU and a 64-bits CPU. The realme 8 5G counts with a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has a 96 percent more battery capacity.
The realme 8 5G captures slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the realme 8 5G also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better photography in low light environments and a back facing camera with a much better 48 MP resolution.
