The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is much better than the realme 8 5G, getting an 80.1 score against 72. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has newer 8.0 Oreo version and realme 8 5G has Android 11 version. Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is an older, extremely heavier and way thicker cellphone than realme 8 5G.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a little bit better screen than realme 8 5G, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a better screen pixels density. Realme 8 5G has a much better memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 1 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a bit superior processing unit than realme 8 5G. They have a Octa-Core CPU and a 4 GB RAM. The realme 8 5G shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for taking photos or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the realme 8 5G also counts with a camera with a much higher 48 mega pixels resolution.
The realme 8 5G features a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has an 11 percent larger battery size.
