Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark is much better than the realme 8 5G, with an 80.4 score against 72. Xiaomi Black Shark is a noticeably older, just a bit thicker and just a little heavier phone than realme 8 5G. These phones use Android OS, but Xiaomi Black Shark has the newer 9.0 Pie version and realme 8 5G has Android 11, counting with lots of additional features.
The Xiaomi Black Shark has a bit better CPU than realme 8 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has more RAM memory. Realme 8 5G counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a little bit brighter display, a quite larger display, a bit greater amount of pixels per display inch and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
Realme 8 5G takes a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, a F1.8 aperture and the same (Full HD) video definition, the realme 8 5G also has a lot higher 48 megapixels resolution back facing camera. Realme 8 5G has a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the realme 8 5G also has an external memory slot that allows up to 1 TB.
Realme 8 5G features longer battery performance than Xiaomi Black Shark, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
