The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is better than realme 8 5G, with an 80.5 score against 72. Both devices in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has 9.0 Pie version and realme 8 5G has Android 11, so it provides you some additional features and improved performance. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is an extremely older and just a little bit heavier phone than the realme 8 5G, but Xiaomi made it just a little bit thinner anyway.
The realme 8 5G has a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has a little inferior number of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a little bigger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution. The realme 8 5G counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the realme 8 5G also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro and realme 8 5G feature extremely similar CPUs, and although the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has 2 GB more RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro captures a bit better photographs and videos than realme 8 5G, and although they both have the same camera aperture and the same resolution back camera, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a much higher (4K) video quality.
The realme 8 5G has greater battery lifetime than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
