HTC U23 Pro is a bit better than realme GT 5G, getting a general score of 77.8 against 74.8. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC U23 Pro has a more recent 13 version and realme GT 5G has Android 11, so it gives a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. HTC U23 Pro's body is newer than the realme GT 5G's, although it's a little bit heavier and a little thicker.
