Huawei Mate 20 lite has an overall score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than the realme GT 5G's global score of 74.8. Huawei Mate 20 lite's construction is a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the realme GT 5G, although it was released 3 years before. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate 20 lite has the newer 8.1 Oreo version and realme GT 5G has Android 11 version, providing you some additional features.
