LG Q70 has an overall score of 77.9, which is just a bit better than the realme GT 5G's 74.8 overall score. Despite of the fact LG Q70 is older and a bit heavier than the realme GT 5G, it's construction is still a little thinner. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS, but the LG Q70 has the older 10 version and realme GT 5G has Android 11 version.
Realme GT 5G counts with a bit better processor than LG Q70, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the realme GT 5G also has 4 GB more RAM. The realme GT 5G counts with a slightly better looking screen than LG Q70, and although they both have a display with the same size, the realme GT 5G also has a just a little higher screen density and a slightly better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
The LG Q70 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than realme GT 5G, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The realme GT 5G counts with a much better camera than LG Q70, and although they both have a same size aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the realme GT 5G also has a much larger back camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs, a way more megapixels back-facing camera and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The realme GT 5G features a little longer battery life than LG Q70, because it has a 13% bigger battery capacity.
