Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a score of 85, which is much better than realme GT 5G's 74.8 score. These phones come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy M40 has an older 10 version while realme GT 5G has Android 11. The Samsung Galaxy M40 construction is a little lighter and a little bit thinner than realme GT 5G, despite of the fact that it was released 2 years before.
The realme GT 5G has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same number of cores, the realme GT 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The realme GT 5G features a bit better looking display than Galaxy M40, because it has a just a bit better pixel count in each inch of display, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a bit larger display.
The realme GT 5G takes better videos and photos than Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the realme GT 5G also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a lot bigger sensor taking way better quality videos and photos and a way more megapixels back camera.
The Galaxy M40 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than realme GT 5G, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M40 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Realme GT 5G counts with greater battery lifetime than Galaxy M40, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
