Xperia 10 II has a global score of 78.5, which is just a bit better than the realme GT 5G's score of 74.8. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Xperia 10 II has the older 10 version while realme GT 5G has Android 11 version. The Xperia 10 II construction is somewhat lighter and a bit thinner than the realme GT 5G, even though it was released a little bit further than a year before.

The Xperia 10 II counts with a slightly better looking screen than realme GT 5G, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel amount in each inch in the screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels. Realme GT 5G counts with a little better hardware performance than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same number of cores, the realme GT 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

Sony Xperia 10 II counts with a superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than realme GT 5G, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia 10 II also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
