Motorola Edge 20 is better than the realme X50 5G, with a score of 86.1 against 73. These devices work with Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 20 has newer 11 version and realme X50 5G has Android 10, so it provides a couple additional features and some performance improvements. The Motorola Edge 20 design is newer, thinner and lighter than realme X50 5G.
