Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A42 has a general score of 87, which is much better than realme X50 Pro 5G's 74.9 global score. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy A42 has a newer 11 version and realme X50 Pro 5G has Android 10 version, offering lots of additional features. Although the Samsung Galaxy A42 and the realme X50 Pro 5G were only released 8 months apart, the Samsung Galaxy A42 is a bit lighter and a little thinner.
The realme X50 Pro 5G counts with a lot better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a much better pixels density. Samsung Galaxy A42 counts with a much better storage for applications and games than realme X50 Pro 5G, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A42 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1000 GB.
Realme X50 Pro 5G counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A42, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the realme X50 Pro 5G also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy A42 counts with longer battery life than realme X50 Pro 5G, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. The realme X50 Pro 5G shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy A42, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the realme X50 Pro 5G also has a way more MP camera in the back.
