The Samsung Access is much better than the Panasonic VS3, having a 38.4 score against 28.7. Samsung Access's construction is way newer, a little lighter and way thinner than Panasonic VS3. Panasonic VS3 has a processing unit that is just as good as Samsung Access's CPU, both have a 0-Core CPU. Samsung Access counts with a lot better looking display than Panasonic VS3. They have the same exact 240 x 320 resolution.

The Samsung Access counts with much more storage for games and applications than Panasonic VS3. Samsung Access features a much longer battery performance than Panasonic VS3. Panasonic VS3 has a camera that is very similar to the Samsung Access one, both have a back facing camera with a 1.3 megapixels resolution.

The Samsung Access is a bit more expensive than the Panasonic VS3, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
