The Sony Xperia E has a global score of 51.5, which is just a bit better than Galaxy 3's 46.8 global score. These phones have Android OS, but Sony Xperia E has 4.1 version and Galaxy 3 has Android 2.1. The Sony Xperia E design is much newer and somewhat thinner, but also just a little bit heavier than Galaxy 3.

The Xperia E counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy 3, and although they both have a Single-Core processor, the Xperia E also has an additional graphics processor. Xperia E counts with a display that is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy 3 one, although the Xperia E also has a just a little greater screen density, a better 480 x 320 resolution and a bit bigger display.

Xperia E has a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy 3, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB, the Xperia E also has more internal memory capacity. Galaxy 3 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Xperia E, although it has a much worse 320x240 video resolution and a back facing camera with less megapixels resolution.

Sony Xperia E is not only the best devices in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest one, which makes it a great choice.
