Comparison review
Google Pixel 3a has a score of 78.8, which is much better than Galaxy A01's 71.6 general score. Google Pixel 3a is a just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter phone than Galaxy A01, even though both were released with only 9 months difference. Both phones we compare here work with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both should provide you the same operating system features.
Google Pixel 3a counts with just a little better performance than Galaxy A01, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Google Pixel 3a also has 2 GB more RAM. Google Pixel 3a has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A01, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 1080 x 2220 pixels resolution and a greater pixels number per inch in the display.
The Google Pixel 3a has a slightly better camera than Galaxy A01, because although it has a back facing camera with a lower 12.2 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor taking higher quality photos and videos, a way higher 3840x2160 video definition and a larger aperture for better photos and video in low light situations.
Samsung Galaxy A01 counts with a bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Google Pixel 3a's battery lifetime is very similar to the Galaxy A01 one.
Although Google Pixel 3a is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A01. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Google Pixel 3a, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy A01, resigning some features and specifications.
