Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy A01 is slightly better than the LG Phoenix 5, having a score of 71.6 against 67.4. Although the Samsung Galaxy A01 and the LG Phoenix 5 were released only 6 months apart, Samsung Galaxy A01's construction is just a little heavier but also just a little thinner. Both devices we are comparing use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A01 has a more recent 11 version and LG Phoenix 5 has Android 10 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features.

LG Phoenix 5 features a display that is just as good as Galaxy A01's display, both have a screen of the same size, a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display and the same 720 x 1520 resolution. LG Phoenix 5's CPU is very similar to the processor in Samsung Galaxy A01, they have a 2 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor.

The Galaxy A01 features a superior memory for apps and games than LG Phoenix 5, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A01 also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. LG Phoenix 5 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A01, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same (Full HD) video quality and a same resolution camera in the back, the LG Phoenix 5 also has a bigger back camera sensor shooting better quality videos and pictures and a bigger diafragm aperture.

Samsung Galaxy A01 and LG Phoenix 5 feature really similar batteries.

The Galaxy A01 costs exactly the same than LG Phoenix 5, making it a very good choice.
