Comparison review
Galaxy A70 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A01, having a 76.9 score against 71.6. Galaxy A70's construction is somewhat heavier but a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A01, and both of them were released with only 9 months difference. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy A70 has an older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy A01 has Android 11 version.
The Samsung Galaxy A70 has a bit better looking display than Galaxy A01, because it has a way higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, a larger display and a better number of pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy A70 features a little faster CPU than Galaxy A01, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy A70 also has 4 GB more RAM.
Galaxy A70 has a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy A01, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB, the Galaxy A70 also has 128 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy A70 features a superior battery duration than Galaxy A01, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy A01 features a very superior camera than Galaxy A70, although it has a lot tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for taking photos and video in poorly lited environments and a smaller back camera sensor which provides a lower photo and video quality, they both have the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates.
Although Galaxy A70 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A01. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy A70, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy A01, resigning a couple features and specifications.
