The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than Galaxy A01, with a overall score of 98 against 71.6. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Galaxy A01 has Android 11 version, so it provides some additional features and performance tweaks. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a incredibly heavier and just a bit thicker device than Galaxy A01.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better display than Galaxy A01, because it has a bigger screen, a way greater screen density and a much better 1440 x 3200px resolution. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy A01, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a very superior battery performance than Galaxy A01, because it has a 67% greater battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A01.
