Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than Samsung Galaxy A01, having a score of 85.7 against 71.6. The Galaxy S6 Edge design is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Samsung Galaxy A01, despite of the fact that it was released 5 years before. These phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy A01 has Android 11.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features a more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy A01, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has an additional graphics co-processor, a greater amount of RAM memory and a 64 bits processor. The Galaxy S6 Edge features a way better looking screen than Galaxy A01, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and much more pixels per screen inch.
The Samsung Galaxy A01 counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a tinier back camera sensor which gives a lower image and video quality, a lot lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, a camera with a lower 13 mega pixels resolution and a tinier aperture which is not good for shooting photos and video in poorly lited environments.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a bigger storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A01, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy A01 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A01. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy A01, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
