Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is way better than Samsung Galaxy A01's 71.6 overall score. Both phones we are comparing here have the same Android 11 OS. Sony Xperia 1 III's construction is newer and just a little bit thinner, but somewhat heavier than the Samsung Galaxy A01.
Xperia 1 III has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A01, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia 1 III also has a higher amount of RAM. The Xperia 1 III features a lot better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A01, because it has a little larger display, a lot more pixels per display inch and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels.
Sony Xperia 1 III features a much better storage to install games and applications than Galaxy A01, because it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1 TB and more internal storage capacity. Xperia 1 III features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy A01, because it has a 50% more battery size.
Sony Xperia 1 III captures way better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A01, because although it has a camera with a worse 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a much bigger aperture, a way better video definition and a much larger back-facing camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures.
Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy A01. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy A01, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
