The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a bit better than Galaxy A01, getting a general score of 76 against 71.6. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a incredibly older and a little heavier phone than Galaxy A01, but Xiaomi was able to make it a little bit thinner anyway. These devices use Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Galaxy A01 has Android 11, giving a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A01, because although it has 4 lesser processing cores (although faster), it also counts with more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A01, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 also has a better 1080 x 1920px resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with more storage for apps and games than Galaxy A01, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a really longer battery duration than Galaxy A01, because it has 4070mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Galaxy A01 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, although it has a back camera with lot less megapixels resolution, a way lower (Full HD) video resolution, a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low light photography and video and a smaller back-facing camera sensor.
Although Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy A01, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A01. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Mi Note 2, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy A01, resigning a couple specs and features.
