The Motorola Moto Z3 Play's processing unit is very similar to Samsung Galaxy A02s's CPU, and although the Motorola Moto Z3 Play has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Moto Z3 Play has a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A02s, because it has more internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy A02s features a much longer battery lifetime than Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 67 percent bigger battery size. The Motorola Moto Z3 Play takes clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A02s, because although it has a back camera with less mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a much larger aperture for better photos and videos in low-light environments and a way better 3840x2160 video quality.
Although Moto Z3 Play is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy A02s, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy A02s. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy A02s, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
