The OnePlus 7T Pro takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy A02s, because it has a back camera with a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution, a lot better (4K) video quality and a lot bigger diafragm aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited situations. The Galaxy A02s counts with longer battery life than OnePlus 7T Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4085mAh.
Although OnePlus 7T Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy A02s, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A02s. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the OnePlus 7T Pro, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Galaxy A02s, giving up some features and specifications.
