The HTC U23 Pro has an overall score of 77.8, which is a bit better than Galaxy A03s's general score of 74. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the HTC U23 Pro has newer 13 version and Galaxy A03s has Android 11, providing a couple additional features. HTC U23 Pro's design is newer and just a little bit thinner than Galaxy A03s's, although it is just a little heavier.
