Galaxy A20s is slightly better than the Galaxy A03s, with a 77 score against 74. These devices include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. Galaxy A20s's construction is just a bit lighter and thinner than Galaxy A03s, even though it was released around 23 months before.
