The Galaxy M20 is a little bit better than the Galaxy A03s, having a 78.9 score against 74. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy M20 has the previous 10 version while Galaxy A03s has Android 11. Even though Galaxy M20 is incredibly older than the Galaxy A03s, it's body is just a little lighter and just a bit thinner.

Samsung Galaxy A03s counts with a bit better CPU than Galaxy M20, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy M20 features a battery life that is very similar to the battery duration in Galaxy A03s. The Samsung Galaxy M20 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy A03s, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 13 mega-pixels, the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy M20 also has a bigger aperture to capture better low-light captures.
