Galaxy S4 is a bit better than the Galaxy A03s, having a general score of 79 against 74. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S4 has the previous 4.4 version and Galaxy A03s has Android 11 version. Although Galaxy S4 is incredibly older than the Galaxy A03s, it's construction is thinner and lighter.

Galaxy A03s has a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 92 percent bigger battery size.
