The Huawei Mate 9 Pro is slightly better than the Galaxy A10, with a 78.7 score against 72.3. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy A10 has Android 11, giving some extra features and improved performance. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy A10, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3400mAh.
Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy A10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A10. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy A10, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
