Xperia 1 is much better than Galaxy A10, with a overall score of 82.6 against 72.3. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, the Xperia 1 is an a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier phone than the Galaxy A10. Sony Xperia 1 counts with a greater performance than Galaxy A10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 1 also has more RAM memory.

Sony Xperia 1 features a much better looking screen than Galaxy A10, because it has a much better 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution, a lot more pixels per inch in the display and a quite larger display. The Sony Xperia 1 has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A10, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Sony Xperia 1 also has 128 GB internal memory capacity.

The Sony Xperia 1 shoots a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy A10, because although it has a less mega-pixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better photography and videos in low light situations, a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.

Galaxy A10 counts with a little better battery life than Xperia 1, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity.

Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy A10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A10. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Sony Xperia 1, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy A10, letting go some features and specifications.
