The Xperia 1 III has a general score of 93.3, which is way better than Samsung Galaxy A10's 72.3 overall score. These devices have the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding operating system features. The Xperia 1 III design is much newer than Samsung Galaxy A10's, but it's just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a faster processor than Samsung Galaxy A10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia 1 III, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy A10, giving up a couple features and specifications.
