The Xiaomi 11T has a global score of 85.3, which is much better than the Galaxy A10's overall score of 72.3. The Xiaomi 11T body is much newer than the Galaxy A10's, but it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. Both of these phones come with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both should give you all the same OS features.
