Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than the Galaxy A10s, having a 98 score against 73.8. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a newer 13 version while Galaxy A10s has Android 11, providing a couple additional features and enhanced performance. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better cellphone than Galaxy A10s, it must be noted that it's also somewhat thicker and heavier.
