The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a score of 98.1, which is way better than Galaxy A11's overall score of 73.3. These phones come with the same Android 11 operating system, so they should give the same OS features. Even being the best phone in this comparison review, the Galaxy S21 Ultra body is somewhat thicker and notably heavier than the Galaxy A11.
Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy A11, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S21 Ultra has an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy A11, because it has a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px, a quite bigger screen and a lot better display density.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A11, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory. The Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A11, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a camera with a way higher 108 megapixels resolution and a lot better video resolution.

Although Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy A11, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy A11. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy A11, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
