ZTE Axon 30 5G is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A11, with a 79.9 score against 73.3. These devices work with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. The ZTE Axon 30 5G is a a bit heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy A11, but they have the same thickness.
