The Samsung Galaxy A13 5G has a global score of 82.1, which is a bit better than the Galaxy M20's 78.9 score. These phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy A13 5G has newer 12 version and Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version. Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is a just a little bit heavier cellphone than Galaxy M20, but both have the same thickness.
