The Asus ROG Phone 6D is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, getting a 79.8 score against 73.4. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 6D has the previous 12 version and Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has Android 13 version. Although it's the best cellphone we compare here, the Asus ROG Phone 6D is a heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G.
