The Samsung Galaxy M20 has a score of 78.9, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G's 73.4 general score. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy M20 has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy A14 5G has Android 13. Despite of the fact that Samsung Galaxy M20 is notably older than the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, it's design is a bit thinner and a little bit lighter.
Galaxy M20 features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a quite greater count of pixels in each inch in the screen. Galaxy M20 features a much faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A14 5G. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cores.
The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G captures a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy M20, because it has a camera in the back with a much higher resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in low light situations. The Galaxy A14 5G features a quite bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy M20, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy A14 5G also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1 TB.
